The Four Seasons

fiction · 109 words

Did you know there are four seasons in a year? They are spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each season brings different weather and changes to nature. In spring, the weather gets warmer. Flowers bloom and baby animals are born. Summer comes next. It is the hottest time of year. Days are long, and kids play outside. Fall is when leaves change color and drop from trees. The air gets cooler. Then winter arrives. It is the coldest season. In some places, snow falls and covers the ground. After winter, spring comes again. The seasons go in a circle, year after year.
